We ship exclusively via UPS, using either 2- or 3-Day shipping depending on the destination of the order. Orders placed Monday to Thursday morning are baked and shipped as soon as we receive them (with the exception of pre-orders), while orders placed Thursday to Sunday are typically shipped first thing the following Monday morning. The reason for this is to avoid having cakes waiting in transit over the weekend and to ensure that your order arrives as fresh as possible.
We do our best to honor the desired delivery date selected at check out. If we foresee any issues with the delivery date you’ve selected, we will reach out via email immediately to discuss options. Please note that orders cannot be scheduled for Mondays, for the reasons stated above.
We do not offer refunds for delays caused by UPS (our shipping provider) due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of UPS’ employees, or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances.
